Miles Hansford & Tallant, LLC is excited to announce that Stanton Kincaid has joined the firm!
Stanton is from Dalton, Georgia and graduated with a BA from the University of Georgia in 2014 where he majored in History and Philosophy.
Remaining in Athens, Stanton received his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law. He served on the Editorial Board and was an Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review, the flagship journal of the School of Law, which publishes the work of renowned law professors, judges, and legal practitioners in addition to selected notes written by student members. Membership to this highly regarded journal is limited to 2nd and 3rd year students who demonstrate outstanding legal writing and academic abilities.
Stanton began his legal career as a Law Clerk for Judge Verda M. Colvin in the Bibb County Superior Court. He then moved on to the Coweta Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Stanton now focuses his practice on commercial, business and real estate litigation.
Stanton lives in Cumming and enjoys reading and the outdoors, running and hiking.
